Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your course purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of your purchase. The course content must be unused, and you should not have accessed more than 30% of the course material. If you have attended the live Q&A session or received personalized resume feedback, we cannot offer a refund.

Non-refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital Course Content: Once accessed, the course content (videos, materials, templates) is non-returnable.
  • Live Sessions: Any live Q&A or coaching sessions attended will disqualify the refund request.
  • Resume Review: If you’ve received personalized feedback or resume review, refunds will not be applicable.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in specific circumstances, such as:

  • The course has been partially accessed but you’ve not attended live sessions or received feedback.
  • The course content is not as described or defective.

If approved, a full refund will be processed and credited to your bank account within 7-10 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then, contact your bank, as there can be some processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced courses are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted courses cannot be refunded.
